Jean-Yves FLEURANCE, 41 years old, joined LAMY LEXEL to strengthen the Labour Law team.
A long-time partner in the legal department of a major audit network, specialised in labour law consultancy, he has acknowledged experience in pre-acquisition labour audits, post acquisition labour management, social contributions’ optimisation, deferred remuneration policy, international mobility, management of the social consequences of restructurings and personnel representation organs.

Danièle SIBONI, 44 years old, joined LAMY LEXEL to strengthen the Tax Law department.
A long-time partner in the legal department of a major audit network, she is specialised in the various aspects of business tax law.
Notably, she has acknowledged expertise in tax audits and international mobility.
